It was such a dreadful experience I cannot believe it. So I went in to look for some large Band-Aids, and noticed there was none stalked, now its happened here before that something was not stalked for several weeks so I merely asked the woman there if she could possibly let me know if she was going to stalk more if they'd be on a later shipment. She snapped at me telling me "They ARE NOT COMING BACK IN! If they were in they'd be there" I asked if she could possibly check in the back just to make sure and she said "No" So I went to customer service and asked if they could look it up for me just to see maybe if there was any in the back or should I just check back. She snapped at me as well demanding to know the item number and when I politely said I didn't know it she said "Well I cannot even look them up without it you should've known that" I have never worked for the company so I do not know how they did things. I was taken aback and asked a manager and all he did was look where they were suppose to be say there was none there and said "We don't carry them anymore" The girl was still in the aisle and said "I TOLD her that!" A few days later I saw them right where they were suppose to be about 20 boxes. I went up to that manager and told him and than he looked panicked and sprinted away from me. I'm a PCP I do not shop there for me ever. I wouldn't waste my money...
Read moreIn general, I do like Target as a store, which is why I continue to deal with the HORRIBLE staff and store at Hover and Nelson in Longmont. Although there are a few decent employees who seem to not hate their job or the human race in general, they are few and far between. The training apparently does not contain anything about customer service. The floor "managers" consist of a group of young women who seem to think that they are better than anyone else. Every single one of those girls are rude, condescending and rarely deal with anything seriously. They will stand there chatting when the lines are building up instead of getting back up. My last visit there, one of these "managers" yelled at a worker in front of me for being a few minutes past the end of her shift. She literally made a scene and scared the employee in front of me and a few other people waiting to be helped. It was completely out of hand. I wish that I would have gotten the girl's name, but I was so angry at that point, that I just left. Love the Target store, but not the staff. This has been going on for years and corporate needs to get involved quickly because the manager of this actual store clearly...
Read moreThis is the worst target I’ve ever visited. I love target. There were very few customers in at 7pm, I soon learned why. There are minimum at best employees. I guessed what charging cords I needed, you can’t access your cell phone Wi-Fi in the store, and there was no employee in the tech section. Only about 70% of items in the tech section I needed remained in their inventory, the tag was there, but no items. There was one cashier, so I went to self checkout, it went badly because my items were locked in plastic boxes, they do this at high theft stores, another clue this place wasn’t my idea of a fun target. I put back some of my more expensive med pet and misc items on the way to the self checkout because I had a feeling the checkout would be glitchy, sure enough it was dreadful. I had to toss back one item because I noticed it wasn’t on my receipt, it was the item I’d entered the store for in the first place, went home without it. 130.00 spent and left what I needed behind. Surely they can’t survive like this. My total would’ve been around 250.00 if there had been stock and an...
