Inta Juice — Restaurant in Longmont

Update: The owners reached out to me personally and left a very detailed voicemail explaining my order and made me whole again by replacing the rewards used towards the item. I so appreciate the fact that they not only read my review but researched my order and reached out to me personally to try to remedy my dissatisfaction. Good customer service goes so, so far and these guys showed they have that in spades and the owners are sincerely invested in their customer base. Thank you guys, I appreciate my feedback being read and remedied, you have a loyal customer in me! Changing my review to a 5 star rating!

I am a weekly to biweekly customer of this inta juice. The last two orders I placed prior to today were new to me items I hadn’t tried before. Both were more tart then I would’ve expected them to be based off of the item description. One even had chocolate in it, so I was surprised by the tartness. I do make the smoothies dairy free due to being lactose intolerant but prior to the last couple orders have never had an issue with it still being sweet with the honey added in. I chalked those orders up to items that just weren’t for me. Today’s order was something else though. It was my usual order I’ve been ordering since last year. But It was so tart and so sour that the entire 32oz minus a couple sips went down the drain. When I dumped it down the drain there were huge chunks of unblended fruit, I’m talking halves of what looked like white fleshed strawberries. It was a huge disappointment to not be able to enjoy something that’s not the cheapest drink to stop and get...

I'm so upset i asked for their almond joy smoothie, and got a cup of "chocolate milk" idk if there was staff turnover but every single person at inta juice seems to not have tye knowledge of what a smoothie is....a smoothie should have some solidity to it. This was just liquid chocolate milk. I asked for a remake and I'm pretty sure the employee just set it down and waited a couple minutes acting like he remade it. Because when he gave it back it was even more liquified!!! I'm disgusted I uses to really like coming to inta juice. If anyone from inta juice wants to respond to this I don't want a apology I would like ti be offered a free drink and be told that the inta juive employees will be trained on what a smoothie is. Because I wasted $8 on this...

We have been regular customers for 3 years. When we received 3 acai bowls, one of the employees was extremely rude to my family member after she asked her if she could fill the bowls up because they were half way full (she paid around 20 dollars for three bowls). Her response was, "I'm a supervisor here and they are only supposed to be filled half way." She then went on to blame the "new employees" for filling the bowls up all the way in the past and refused to fill them up.
