Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I made an appointment over the phone. I arrived on time for my appointment and the lady behind the counter canceled it as soon as I walked in. She saw that my dog was anxious (which I already explained over the phone), but she told me that I needed to start my dog on CBD oil before she would even attempt to trim his nails. This would have been helpful to know before I took the afternoon off of work and drove 25 minutes to get there. She didn't make me an appointment for the second day, but told me to "pop in anytime after Noon” because it was usually slow. I showed up as soon as I could leave work (again). I was then dismissed for the second time and told that they were "too busy" and "could I just come back next week?" That would have been my THIRD trip just for a nail trim! I had to take 2 afternoons off of work and drive 25 minutes each way! They had no respect for my time whatsoever. And it speaks volumes that they blame their customer for the “misunderstanding” instead of taking responsibility for their awful customer service. My daughter referred me to this place, but I would rather find a local, small business who values...

The left picture is from a previous employee that groomed our Goldendoodle a couple of months ago. The right picture is the latest picture from 4/13/2024. The previous groomer who made our boy look like a show dog is no longer working here and the new groomer literally butchered our boy and now he looks ridiculous. Beyond the haircut, his ears were not cleaned on the inside, nails don’t appear to be clipped and our boy came home acting completely different and still 3 days later he’s not acting normal. When picking him up, we were told it would be extra to do his feet and face because he wasn’t cooperating with them. This is a first we’ve ever been told this and he’s 2 with regular grooming every 6-8 weeks. I’m absolutely devastated at how our boy...

I loooove this store! It's super cute, with some very high quality pet food, treats, toys, and gear. My dog loves coming in here, because the workers always take the time to pet him. A couple of the workers even remember his name when we come in, even if it's been a while since we've been in.

Definitely come here if you want some personalized recommendations for your dog or cat! They have been extremely helpful in sizing my dog for jackets, shoes, and harnesses. Additionally, I've been given advice on food, treats, and tick prevention. One of the workers even went out of his way to find supplements in the store for my pup!

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough! I can't imagine finding a better pet store...
