Read moreOrdered a TV and tv stand, got a super good deal and were going to just pay it all off within a month or so. They come to put the stand together and the glass is all broken. I ask when can I get the stand because I need a TV stand hence, getting the stand. I am told they have no more of the particualr stand. Fine. I ask what else can I get? I can't just sit the tv on the floor. I am told I can get a very similar one thats better for the same price and theyll be back in a hour with the stand. Fine. Cool with me. I was a little irritated they got glass dhards all over my carpet but again, fine. No problem, I have a vacuum. Two hours goes by. We call to check if they're still coming because it is getting late and we are going to go to bed because we both work at 6 AM. We are told they'll be here in one hour. Again, frustrating but fine... no biggie. Things happen afterall. Its now almost 9 PM. Not a call, no show, no nothing. I am a bit annoyed. If you can't make it then fine, let me know a time the following day. Nothing. I have no idea if or when I will get the stand. To make this whole thing MORE annoying the two delivery drives said they were 99% sure the stand was broken BEFORE being loaded onto the truck. Read moreI have a washer and dryer from them. With in first two days of having it there are problems with both. I brought it to the attention of aarons. They said they would look at. They sent out to guys, who had no idea what they were dping. Set up an appointment to have aomeone esle look at it. That appointment did not work out do to me working. They still have not fixed the issues. There is a very hight lack of communication between staff, who say one thing but do another. They are rude when they call and if your not able to answer the phone they continue to blow your phone up. I was told i would get a phone call when they were on their way to my place. I did not get one and they showed up unannounced. Then when i complained about the lack of communication between staff, i was treated very rudely. The managment is a lack there of. When you want in to the store, staff are not friendly and act like they hate their jobs. By the way my washer and dryer are still not fixed. I have asked to get it taken care of and all i get is we will see. I would never recommend them to anyone and will never go through them again. The store use to be great back in the day, but now is hoing down hill very fast.
I will no longer be making payment on my washer and dryer or asnwering their phone calls until i get a phone call...
