Wish I could give them 0 stars. Staffs rude with bad attitude. Rented a freezer with the hopes of owning it. Not even a month later it quit working. They "worked" on it for over 4 months while giving us a cheap freezer until then. 4 months later we got it back and it was all dinged up. It was covered in dents and it didn't even turn on once we got it in our garage the manager or whatever said it was our plug in. The back of the freezer cords were all frayed and falling apart and the whole thing was dented. A couple weeks ago we got it back after they took it to get "worked" on again. This time once they got it all set up, it was missing 3 shelves. The deliver guy said he would get back to us and they never did. So we called today to see where they were and the manager told us it came like that. Nope. It looked decent when we rented it at first and now the whole entire thing is dinged up with paint chipping and the shelves are missing? I don't think so. Just go to Aaron's. They are way more...

I’ve worked with Rent a center for many years have a few things with them already. always lose my number when they need to call me when I’m trying to inquire on something but I always have my number when Im 1 day on late. Anyways I’ve been using or having the wrong washer and dryer because he got me the wrong one for almost 2 months and then the day that they get it in they can’t find my number and when I finally called them they can’t get me in for delivery for another week or longer quite frankly the worst place ever go.If it wasn’t for people on welfare they wouldn’t have any customers. Customer service has went down hill bad!!!!! I knowly know that Im get taxed on price but for me it flexible shopping. But the customer service and upgrades were my reason for over priced items. Not anymore I’ll be trying to switch my stuff out so I don’t have to deal with the bad...

I've made Multiple purchases at this location And paid them off But this last time in was absolutely terrible I came in for a computer and was treated totally rude the stor manager was super unhelpful rude and not able to comunicate or help come up with solutions to help be get into the computer I wanted .When I signed an agreement online and paid my first payment and signed a contract I came back in to see when it might be delivered and was told only the store Manger could approve me Even though I had already been approved and made my first payment their staff laughed at me as if my situation was funny to them and where once agin rude to me luckily I and going to be able to transfer my agreement to a...
