Taco Bell — Restaurant in Longview

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any drive thru in my entire 35+yrs of life. If there were a negative or -0 stars, I would have picked -5stars, that’s how bad this was! First we went to the Kelso Taco Bell, but they were out of the items we had wanted to order. Just a Mexican pizza, so we chose to drive to the next town over. After we waited 47 minutes just to reach the drive up speaker, we were told they had no Mexican pizza either. That’s fine, If it were just those things it would have been okay. However, we spent $39, for 6 items (half of which had missing ingredients) some of which we were lied to. (We were told they had no rice, which was not true. Because when we got home we found there was indeed rice on our order.) She was extremely rude to us. She refused to give us more than one sauce packet for each item. She continued to be severely rude and unprofessional. She did offer a free taco paper for the next time we come in to order, but before I could reach my hand out to get it she rolled her eyes, laughing and pulled the paper back out of my reach and put it under the counter. I was blown away by the ridiculousness of this situation. I tried to stay calm, even know this was an extremely frustrating ordeal, when it shouldn’t have been, and clearly didn’t have to be. It is obvious I will Never, Ever be returning to the Longview Wa. Taco Bell! P.S. (This is not the first time that we’ve waited between 30-45 minutes at this drive thru just to be told they don’t have any meat, cheese, lettuce, etc. ingredients) this is another reason I’m giving the lowest star possible. Thank you, and I truly hope they can get better control of this business, because the way it is operating now is completely...

This Taco Bell is complete s. My wife and I go to Taco Bell for only source of eating out at fast-food restaurants because they have options for vegetarians. We go to the drive thru, order to $5 boxes specifically with the bean substitute on everything. Very simple order half of our s was the incorrect things in the Box and had meat on them. Not to be the uptight cliche but we simply just do not eat meat. This is not the whole issue, I called to inform them that it was incorrect the manager was rude at first, talking over me but then refrained and said that they would gladly replace everything. Sounds great doesn't it? I live far away from the Taco Bell, so I told them that I would be taking them up on that offer tomorrow when I go through town which was agreed by the manage. I walk in very politely and ask to speak to the manager that was on duty yesterday. She did happen to be there according to the, for politeness sake, individual(moron). They said that she was busy. Which is completely understandable. But after a half an hour of standing there, in complete sight, making eye contact trying to remind the gentleman that I was in need of their services. I was ignored over and over and over again. So without making a scene or being rude I just left. Instead of doing what I wanted to do which was jump over the counter and... use your imagination. We gladly will not be going there again nor recommending it to anyone...

I have lived in Longview/Kelso for the last 3 years and have been continuously let down by their Taco Bell’s almost every single time. Today was just another addition to my long list of awful service and awful food. I was the only person in line which I thought was cool and that’s also super rare but once I got to the intercom nobody greeted me, I said hello and a very quiet teenager immediately said “I can take your order whenever you’re ready” okay obviously not because I was ready when I first pulled up and you said nothing. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a crunchy taco add quac and a new crispy chicken taco for myself and ordered my fiancé a chicken nacho bell grande and a crunchy taco. My chicken quesadilla was cold and disgusting and my taco did not have quac on it, I also received a chicken chalupa instead of their new crispy chicken taco. My fiancés nachos were cold and disgusting and her taco came as a supreme with tomato and sour cream on it which neither of us like on our food. The only thing that was worth the drive even over there was the 2 Baja blasts that we ordered also. Definitely will not be going back as this was atleast their 3rd chance and I’m still...
