Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Longview

I previously ordered my food online and when I got home I ate it and it was exactly as I anticipated and I enjoyed it. This time I just went in to order the same exact thing. It rang up at just shy of 20.00 and before it was under 10.00. I asked the lady who was helping me why itq was that much and I didn't want to. The other three people working there stopped what they were doing and moves their focus to me. I became upset because of the dumb looks on their faces. The manager came over and both the cashier and the manager were totally clueless. I pointed out how the screen showed the prices and that the total didn't add up. I wasn't in the mood to weave thru the dumb stew and I said nevermind and left. I got in my car and ordered the same thing online and it was under 10.00 but by that time I was not into that food but I wanted to show the workers that I knew what I was talking about. I decided to not do that and they lost a sale. I'm sure it was no sweat off their brow. I will go there again but I will order online to avoid the dumbness experience. Their food is okay. I have eaten a Taco Time hundreds of times in my life and it's usually pretty good but today was absolute garbage I placed my order then I believe it was the owner asked me how many tacos I had ordered I told him three he said no you didn't you only ordered two we argued he finally realized I did order three then my food was ready some lady grabbed it started rifling through it set it down then some other guy grabbed it started looking through it then he sat it down then two different employees grabbed it started looking through it and set it down and then they were like hey I think this is yours well I didn't really appreciate the fact that a bunch of people were digging through my food so I leave with it and I get ready to eat it and both orders of Mexi fries were completely burned and old and no good in the tacos were absolute trash pretty sure this is my last time ever going there it's too bad because like I said it used to be good it is not anymore $30 right in the garbage Thanks for...

So, as you all know, dear readers, I am a nightmare fan of clean. I didn't go in, so no comment there. I did, however, be very specific of what I wanted, quantity, sauce, and you know what? The 1st time, they nailed it! NAILED! The 2nd time - miss! Since when is a Baja Burrito (rolled burrito) a bean burrito? Twice? And when you ask for two containers of green sauce and get - none? And why, oh why, was this time SO different than my first experience? I ordered regular tacos the first time, and they were hot. Lettuce was crispy, a decent amount of cheese, and a firm piece of tomato on top. The 2nd time: Cheese? Uhm, okay, if you say so... I think? Some of the lettuce was brown. How does that happen? And the food wasn't as hot this time as the first! It was night and day from 1st time to 2nd. I still think I got someone else's order! Theirs must've been bloody close to mine to make it such a contrasted experience. But...
