Hello to all and everyone .my name is whylene. I visit the FMO. Furnitude & Mattress .soon as I walked in I was greeted with the most friendly greeter.saying hello and he introduced himself to me as Michael and if I needed any help with anything it's please let him know quick as a flash I noticed the mattresses and he told me that I was heading in the right direction so I kept going toward the mattresses examining all of them just about seeing how comfortable they lie and How firm and all and he came over and asked me and I decided or did I have a question list of Michael was very helpful and he explained to me what the 90-day same as cash was all about in the store so when I made my selection he went on in to say let's try and see and if I would qualify for the 90-day same as cash and I did he tried to help me anyway he possibly he could if anyone is in need of any mattresses are furniture they have the most wonderful deals on them and beautiful products I'll be back to get me a living room set he was wonderful I will recommend anyone who missed the Michael because he was very firm he was quick to the point and he answered all my questions and see what he could do to help me out I am very happy with the services and when the guys came to deliver my mattress is they was so mandible respectable they did great they are very sweet and helpful people I thank them for everything they did for me I recommend them to the highest height anyone to go there and see for yourself what a great sweet atmosphere it is and how the services it's so great just don't take my word for it see for yourself you will be...

We had such a wonderful experience shopping for and buying furniture at FMO on a late Saturday afternoon. We were greeted as we entered the store, and Michael (the salesman) gave us a quick rundown on how their price labels were set up, where to find certain things, answered a couple of our questions, and then we were pretty much left alone to browse their selections and try out the furniture. Michael was available when we had questions, but he was never obtrusive or one of those annoying hovering salesmen that give salesmen a bad name.

They had a great selection, including items we hadn’t seen at any of the other furniture stores

We didn’t buy right then since we always sleep on big purchases, but Michael assured us that we could phone in the order when we were ready. He said the ones we wanted were in stock, so we would most likely get the furniture the same or next day we ordered it. That was much better than the 1-2 month time frame most other places told us!

I called in the order at 9 AM Monday, and my sofa and recliner were delivered and set up by 11:30 AM. The delivery guys were courteous and very efficient. I think they had both pieces assembled and in place within 15 minutes.

I went in with the intention of buying a specific washing machine. When I got there though, there were other options that I had not considered. I wanted to do my own research so Michael (very patient and helpful) allowed me to use his pc to do my own research online (had forgotten my phone). It took me longer than either one of us expected but not once did he rush me to make a decision. When I finally did make the decision, I told him to hurry up and process my cc before I could change my mind! He obliged and would not permit me to look over my shoulder (at the washers) as I was leaving! LOL.

The prices were reasonable and well within the price range I had found when comparison shopping.

I did end up with the Speed Queen washer I had gone after. It was delivered less than 3 hours later and I have already washed 2 loads of clothes.

Michael also checked in with me after delivery.

Love to shop locally and am glad I found Furniture and Mattress Outlet, Longview.

I went back today, about 6 weeks after initial purchase to buy the matching dryer. Ended up leaving with a sofa, loveseat, recliner, end tables, mattress set and headboard.
