Pine Tree Nails — Local services in Longview

Really surprised after popping in for a nail repair and asking for assistance in picking a random color for one finger I was told by the nail tech “don’t ask me any questions” I told her just go with any random black she had. The price was $5 to get a new nail and $5 to repair the original nail with powder. I seriously was shocked when she asked me a question “why do you want a new nail” ? I’m Floored! The powder was applied so think it did not dry after multiple attempts under the lamp heat and the machine. She decided oh well and moved forward trying to use the drill, which does not work on damp or I guess very porous powder. Needless to say she ended up having to use black polish and you could definitely see the old red peaking through! I left with what looks as a thick eagle talon on my thumb and an equally strangely shaped pinky finger. I can not walk around missing nails but next time if I break one and can’t get to my nail tech then I shall get a press on and do exactly that! Press on! Well I hate to leave bad reviews but in this case its justified now my nail tech did offer free repairs in the first seven days that being said I went in with the desire to have stiletto nails in the first 6 hours of having them 2 tips broke since I live and hour away I elected not to go in for repairs I simply filed the rough edges now after two more have broken off down to my actual nail doing menial task I can say the nails were not at all good quality and my wishes were not respected I asked that my nails not be cut after the last two broke and I removed what was left my nails had been cut at a weird angle I wasn't aware of this because they were cut after the extensions were glued on in the process of getting my manicure I'm always open to give the benefit of doubt and consider myself forgiving and do not expect perfection but since this was my 1 and only direct request I'm forced to stand by my one star review and the above comments for they are simply fact and devoid of emotion this set was not worth what I paid I will not be going back to this...

I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. Denisa, the pedicurist, was delightful. She was pleasant and gave an awesome massage. I did not gather the manicurist’s name but he was a gentleman and he did a good job as well. I had no complaints until applying the actual color when it came to both my feet and nails. On my nails, it is obvious that there is paint not only on my nails but on my skin. And my toe nail polish, it was shaky and I feel like it’s evident when I look close. I do like this establishment and would go again but in both departments, the applying of the actual polish could use a little work. They are open on Sunday which led me here. I had my natural nails done with gel and when they were being filed, he went in both directions.
