Nipper Guarantee Appliances — Local services in Longview

Horrible place of business. I've never written a review before and my experience with Nipper has pushed me to this. Multiple people have hauled my washer to their store for repair 3-4 times now. Each time we've been told that x amount of loads were ran in it, only to run 1-2 once installed again and have the same issue. The last time we were given 2 different reasons as to what the issue was, said they ran 10 loads in it, only to try it once at home and have it not work. I called last week to schedule the repair to come out and switch out the part for today, Tuesday, between 9-10. I went out of my way and made sure to have someone there and available and even called this morning to make sure they were still coming out. Only to receive a call this afternoon asking for a good time to schedule the repair. I explained I had already scheduled it and called to confirm this morning and was told they would "squeeze me in if they could." They lie and obviously do not have the communication and organization to keep up with their work and customers that any professional, decent place of business should have....

Never in my 70 yrs have I been treated so rudely , we sold them some appliances out of my deceased brother house we inherited, we agreed since we lived in Athens we would drive back over on Tuesday to pick all the appliances. So we drive clear back over as agreed and they came and they only got half then they wanted to buy two AC units but they wanted us to drive two hours back over the next Monday so they can pick up the other application and then they wanted to pay for the two AC unites with a check . Then they got mad and started running me down because we got upset about the drive back just for them when they had agreed to get them when we made t he first trip over because it's 50 dollars in gas ever trip, plus I have Parkinson and it's hard on my body . That guy that spoke to me on the phone absolutely spoke to me and a friend that is a prominent Realtor in the area. I will never do business with them and would suggest you...

had fridge repaired for not cooling. got fridge back and fridge would not shut off, and froze everything no matter what setting. not wanting to take fridge back to them because i was told it would cost me more money to figure out what the issue was, i decided to have a look myself and found that while they did fix my fridge by putting in a new thermostat they never actually installed it and left a piece of wire in place of the thermostat which caused the fridge to stay running and left the new thermostat sitting in the housing right next to the bare wire. i installed the new thermostat myself and fridge has been working great ever since. i have not been back to them since then, because i feel i paid for somthing i didnt get and could have fixed myself for much less money and...
