Quenchies — Restaurant in Longview

The amount of times I come to this establishment and it's closed! I mean this has got to be the 12th time since April 1st that it has closed early or just wasn't open. Why even have hours? Twice it was weather, a few time it was the credit card machine, and this week it was no ice. Didn't find out until we got there. I mean, come on. If you can get there when it's open... at least a few times they taken so long it's a slushie, not a snow cone. Other than that, they are great.... But don't go out of your way to make a trip... like I have done several times. So frustrating.

• tried coming again, 45 minutes before closing. 1 window open and 6 maybe 7 cars in line... with a cone to stop anyone else from getting in line. I wish someone would open another place close to the loop. Shivers is way to far on the other-side of town or that would...

This use to be my favorite snow cone establishment. They are going down hill. I have went twice and both times I have been overcharged!! I asked for 3 $2 kid snow cones how did my total come out to $8.50 ? This is the second time I have been overcharged and heard from different people they have had the same problem! You ask for extra juice, they don’t even bother giving you extra juice. What’s the point of charging someone. Also by looking at the other reviews customers have had issues with their horrible attitudes as well. 0 stars...

This is what I was handed today, a disgusting mess. Used to be my favorite place, but Quenchies is going downhill. Ice is in chunks and is packed down to where it's no longer the signature fluff it used to be. The cream I paid extra for was non-existent. Girl at window never smiled, didn't speak other than to take my order. When I said this is a mess, she shrugged her shoulders. Not worth the money anymore, nor is trying to figure out when they will be open. It's a roll...
