I don’t know much about cars but I do know about people and Santos and Seth are two of the rare kind hearted genuinely good people you could have the pleasure of meeting in life. I arrived very sad having gone to other places like autozone and pep boys where help seemed nowhere to be found. I was practically laughed out of the building because of my cars condition they refused to help or educated me. All that changed when I met Santos and Seth they answered my questions, offered assistance and even showed me how to fix things that had been broken since I can’t even tell you when. I had been without ac for years and they were able to fix it within minutes and if you live in Florida you understand the importance of A/C I arrived a very sad girl but left with a huge smile on my face because of their act of kindness. I will never go to another auto parts store again in my life because of them they did not try to trick me they were transparent with pricing and above all else they showed me kindness. This world could use more people like santos and Seth if I could give a million stars to this...
Read moreIt’s funny that on their door they say Customer service is their number one priority, I beg to differ I have been in that store several times and dealt with the manager Sylvia who is very rude, and unprofessional. Zero customer skills. I don’t know how she ever got that job, also you have to try to talk over the loud music that they play at the counter. I recently had an issue with a warranty part that should’ve been easily taken care of instead it was a battle for more than a week, even after their District manager got involved it continued to go downhill. Wayne gave it every effort. But he made the critical mistake of letting her Continue to get involved. Again she has zero customer skills. Needless to say I Will not be buying my parts...
Read moreYooooo, This place legit saved me a good chunk of money. Ralf was beyond helpful, and was able to help me diagnose The issue with my car. Just last week, I had to go to a different parts store for a separate issue, and while they were able to give me the codes needed for the repair, that's all they were allowed to do. Ralf was able to supply me a printout of exactly what the issue was, other possible issues, and even offered some advice as to how to address my issue. Earlier today, I went to a mechanic and it was going to cost me $115 to diagnose the issue with my car, not even fix it. And today, I'm walking out knowing exactly what I need to do, and the part needed to fix the car, for $50. Definitely wish I had come...
