I don't usually leave reviews, BUT this is a GREAT rental facility, with VERY HELPFUL staff. My experience was with Scott Timberman. He was quick to answer my phone call and even sent me pictures of the pallet jack I was inquiring upon via text message, offering to both deliver and pick up the equipment about 15 minutes away from my location and their store. I highly recommend reaching out solely for the experience of customer service alone!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! OWNER VERY RUDE! Messed up my reservation all the way. Refused to set up a return date. I found a fountain elsewhere in 10min. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Great place to rent from. Scheduling was easy, had my trencher delivered on time and the machine was in great operating order.
