RIPOFF BEWARE!!!!! About 2 weeks ago I went to McNally's to get my bedside lamp repaired. The metal stem that holds the light bulb and shade in place was wobbly. After waiting about 5 minutes to be helped, the young man at the desk said it would cost about $80.00 and I would have to wait 3 days to get it back. Not being a dummy a said no thank you and left. Two days later I went to a lamp repair store on Harbor Blvd in Fullerton. This very nice Asian lady told me should would fix it for $20.00 and if I wanted to wait she would have it done in about 20 minutes. It was fixed and yes she finished it in 20 minutes. So if you are looking for quality service without being ripped off do not go to McNally's,...

This place deserves 5 stars and only the best reviews. They are family-run and have been serving the local community since the 60s. Great sales team - friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! So hard to come by places like this these days. Highly recommend skipping big box/online stores when it comes to lighting - we need to support small businesses like this whenever we can so they can continue to thrive in the community!

This place is amazing! I walked in not really knowing what I was looking for so I asked one of the sales guys, Brad is his name, to help me find some lighting. He was super helpful and knew exactly where and what to show me because I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. The owner, Kathi, was also there as well to guide me to some fixtures so between the Brad and Kathi, I found these beautiful light fixtures that I absolutely adore!!! I am soo so happy with the lighting I chose, thanks to Brad and Kathi for their patience...
