Play It Again Sports Los Alamitos — Local services in Los Alamitos

I'm a big fan of Play it Again stores, very disappointed by my experience today. Two employees standing near the counter, no masks in sight. After 10 mins of shopping Employees were wearing their masks hanging off their ears or under their chins. While I waited outside the change rooms they discussed females on tik tok and how likely they were to smell like "cheese".

Very limited wetsuit selection, you would do better to drive to the Huntington Beach location for boards, suits...

Prices are great the communication was not. Bought protective cup thinking I could return if too small. Didnt even try it on my kid and when went to return or exchange for something else a small sign was pointed out to me that said sue to hygiene the wouldnt take returns. This sign was not pointed out when I made the purchase. Also I asked how long for returns when I purchased and was told 30 days. So maybe not a great idea to buy cups here unless your 100% positive that exact...

An employee was not following the mask mandate so I was unable to shop the store. Disappointing as I had been looking forward to finally checking out this store. The other employee who was wearing a mask was very polite and explained where I could find snow gear, as this store doesn't carry it.
