I received a very embarrassing and unpleasant service today. The man who owns this store was very obnoxious and curt every time I went there. I was happy that a very gentle worker treated me with good service until the fourth time. And the fifth time I visited the store. Finally, the brusque and rude owner told me unpleasantly, "Tell me the name of Donuts correctly." Even if I didn't know correct the name of the doughnut, but I ordered it with my hand pointing exactly. he was very displeased and loudly treated me. I felt a lot of shame. But I went again today after two days, and I was so happy that there was no mean man in the store. I was very happy that a sweet employee helped me. The problem is, he just came out of nowhere when I was about to pay. He was talking to me like, "Have you ever been this store before?" I was so dumbfounded at that time that I didn't say anything. So a sweet employee pointed to another place and told him to go away. In conclusion, the man knew me exactly and didn't know why, but he didn't want me to come his store. It's really ridiculous. Five stars for Los Alamitos Donuts! This is by far my all-time favorite donut shop in the area. I’ve made it a habit to come here, and we’ve even built a holiday donut tradition—they nail fun themes and sprinkles every season.

The staff are friendly and incredibly quick, and the selection is fantastic—from bear claws and donut holes to old fashions and my absolute favorite, the devil’s food frosted donut. The coffee is solid, and there are good drink options to pair with your sweets.

Not a lot of indoor seating, but that just adds to the classic neighborhood donut shop vibe that reminds me of my grandpa who loved reading the paper while enjoying his favorite donut 🍩.

Very nice and kind people work here. When I came here to get some food for breakfast they were quick to help with my order and after getting to the register it turned out that I had no money in my bank at the time so I tried to quickly find a way to get money to pay them(I was also on a hurry to get to my reserve Army unit at the time). At first they offer that I pay them on another time but I told that it would be very likely I would not be here again, then owner told me that he would take care of it and I was free to go.
