7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

I'm am severely upset with the service I received from this place!! FRIDAY MARCH 30 after I got off work I went to 711 around 10:40pm and I expected to do a greendot and load my card with 50$. There was two clerk attendants "ZERO" AND A NEW GUY "PAUL". ZERO is an experienced clerk from the likes of it and he let paul do my transaction. PAUL CLEARLY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO LOAD A CARD WITH MONEY. HE RAN INTO A PROBLEM AND CLICKED THE WRONG BUTTOM AND IT GAVE HIM A RECIEPT AND THEN ZERO RUSHED OVER TO SEE WHAT WAS THE ISSUE. THEY BOTH WERE LOOKING CONFUSED LIKE WHAT JUST HAPPENED. PAUL SAID IT "DECLINED"!! AND STILL INSISTED ON ME GIVING THEM THE MONEY. I told them I've loaded cards before from 711 and the receipt under subtotal it's suppose to say 54.95 and instead it says $0.00 I gave them 60$!!! And ZERO kept on insisting that my money would be on my card. The whole reason i had to load my card is because MY 6 YEAR OLD NEICE HAS CANCER!! I WAS SENDING MONEY TO MY SISTER TO GET HER MEDICINE!!! I went back to 711 an hour later because MY MONEY WAS NOT ON THE CARD. SINCE IVE DONE THIS B4 IT ONLY TAKES 10 MINS NOT AN HOUR! I WEMT BACK IN TO COMPLAIN AND PAUL WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND ZERO INSISTED ON ME CALLING MY CARD AMD THEM WHAT HAPPEMED AND I SHOULD GET REIMBURSED MY MONEY BACK NEXT DAY! I CALLED MY CARD AMD THEY DONT DO THE SERVICE HES TALKING ABOUT!!! SO then I was told that a different manager is suppose to assist me. They instructed me to come at 8am APRIL 1ST! I woke up at 8am!!! Just to be told ohh well umm the manager should be in around 9 930. So I said okay I'll waiting till 9 930 it's 915 now!!!and there now telling me ohh well actually the manager won't be in till the afternoon some time!! I HAVE WORK AT 1130 TO 730 IN TORRANCE!!! I WONT BE ABLE TO BE THERE IN THE AFTERNOON AND IM NOT MISSING WORK FOR SOMETHING THAT WONT BE GUARANTEED. THEY SAID COME EARLY SO THEY CAN CHECK THE REGISTER TO SEE IF THEY HAD EXTRA CASH TO GIVE ME A REFUND BUT I FEEL IM GETTING NO WHERE IM GETTING THE RUN AROUND!!! I WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK AT SEARS!! I CLOSE EVERYNIGHT WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AMD FOR IT TO BASICALLY BE STOLEN BY 711 AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!! I ASK FOR A REFUND AND NO REFUND!!!! IM READY TO FILE A LAWSUIT OR CALL THE COPS! ZERO SHOULD HAVE NEVER LET PAUL DO MY TRANSACTION AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN OVER LOOKING HIM WHILE HE DID...

This is a great location. Down the block from us. I love the hot wings! Just wish they could keep up with the demand.

Most days during the week I ask my son to get me hot wings from there because they are delicious and I just crave them when nothing sounds good to eat. I have medical issues that make eating difficult at times.. though I don't look like it haha.

It's sad that the hotel accross the way brings a lot problems late at night to this location.

I wish they sold beer but maybe it's a good thing they don't. Would be nice though.

Went to this store 9/2/2018 at 6:50am for car wash trying to be first one in at 7am and get out. Car washer guy does not show up until after 7:30 am.
