Orange chicken tasted as you’d expect and was crispy and juicy. Beef and broccoli was good but a little on the bland side. The woman who served me my food loaded my take out container with rice and noodles so much so that it barely left room for the main items. She asked me if I wanted rice/noodles and when I asked her how much of the container would be used for it she drew a line on top of the container indicating that half the container would be rice/noodles and the other half would be for the main items. When I started eating my beef and broccoli I quickly discovered that there were only a few pieces sitting on top of a bed of rice. I was pretty hungry and looking forward to the beef and broccoli so needless to say I was disappointed when there were only a couple of pieces of each and the fried rice that replaced them didn’t even have any eggs in it except for some specks here and there. The customer service was as lacking as the beef and broccoli. I could barely understand the woman’s attempt at English and after my first three questions regarding portion’s and prices broke down to her drawing pictures on my takeout container I finally just gave up and took whatever she wanted to give me. Every time I come to this place for lunch I never really had a problem until today. As they are taking my payment there machine is not reading my card chip. I let the lady know she has to swipe my card and she insists it has to read my chip! If a payment can't be processed due to a system error there are OTHER ways! I always thought it was my card so had requested new card. Issue still occurred at some locations my all she had to do was attempt the chip 3 times and then would ask to swipe. She insisted to argue with me and even snatch the food from In front of my like I would walk away without paying. And with the system they have they can even call in for an error and make the payment by phone. Ridiculous! And ontop of it she bends my card because that's the "reason" the chip isn't working. She's bending my card over and over...

After eating from this restaurant last weekend, myself and two family members ended up in the emergency room with severe food poisoning. When we called and reported it to restaurant staff they pretended to not understand what we were saying. The hospital staff reported this establishment to the Department of Health. Not only was the Kung Pao chicken tainted, they seem to not care about their customers well being. The food had very high levels of bacteria and we exhibited extreme symptoms within 30-mins of ingesting. Please be very careful when choosing to patronize this establishment until they change their food...
