I order from here often, I love the chilaquiles. I always get a lot of toppings that they provide on the toppings options, never been a problem, so I don’t know why I was told today that they couldn’t do that. I ordered via Postmates so if I canceled the order, I was gonna get charged, so I called the store and she told me, you put mash potatoes and broccoli and all this other stuff, we just can’t, and I said okay it’s never been a problem, she said we just can’t! I understand the mash potatoes, it was my first time adding them to my chilaquiles, so I tried telling her to remove them, and she said text your driver it, I can’t do anything about it. So I text the driver to make my order more simple for them, and minutes go by just to get a notification that THEY CANCELED MY ORDER. I went through all this hassle just for them to go and cancel my order. Not okay, they didn’t even try. Very...

Antiqua Bread is a hidden gem on the LA / Alhambra border with delicious Mexican food, baked goods, and beverages. This is not a taco stand or a large Mexican bakery. It's really a place for traditional Mexican breakfast like huevos rancheros with generous portions accompanied with cafe style drinks, including flavored lattes and matcha, aquas frescas, and delicious Mexican specialty baked goods The chocolate flan cake is amazing as are the other baked treats. The breakfast items are generous, delicious, and served all day. The menu is large but not huge - allowing them to focus on quality over quantity. This hidden gem is worth seeking out whenever you're in the Alhambra, South Pasadena or El Serano area. They also have locations in Highland Park...

Haven't eaten yet. We ordered at the counter. It has been over a half hour and no food yet. Other folks's food looks good, but it's not much fun to wait this long when you're hungry.

I just upped my edit from two starts to fours stars. The two star rating was for the long time it took to get the food. I give the food a strong four stars -- the chilquiles are made to order, the eggs over easy were perfectly cooked and all of the sauces are home made. The people who work there are friendly and conscientous. Great mix of people -- from large families, to couples and individuals.

But be aware -- if you go in there hungry, you will wait a long time for your food. I'll be back, but I'll get a pastry to tide me over until the...

A good friend of mine recommend this restaurant called Antigua Bread it's a small and friendly cafe on Huntington Drive in El Sereno. This is my first time andI was looking the at menu they have a good selection including pastrys in limited what they have. I decided to order a breakfast burrito with sausage and blueberry muffin and coffee. I got my order very quick I notice the burrito was little big and took a bite lots of flavors mix like potato, bell pepper, onion and sauage including the egg mix in with great flavors in the burrito I enjoy it. The Blueberry muffin was really good and coffee brew daily and service was good and friendly.

This is truly one of the must go hole in the walls. There are many Guatemalan places that just seem very generic but this place tastes like my grandma’s home cooking. (Yes it’s that good). This place reminds me of Porto’s when it was just starting out and we hope it grows just as great. It was our first time visit this highly recommended restaurant and we will definitely be back for more. (Sorry I didn’t get any pics of the food. By the time I remembered it had vanished.) Just wish you guys had a location closer to the Woodland Hills / Calabasas Area

The parking lot is small and the restaurant a little cramped, just a bit. With that out of the way, onto the good stuff. Outdoor seating is perfect for a nice day and non-traffic hours. The coffee is great, even the group next to me says so. I had the Americano black. Spanish omelette has no meat and plenty of taste. It comes with really well seasoned potatoes. I was a given a complementary panecito to. Latino vibe, lots of desserts, diverse patrons, highly recommend.
