Unfortunately you are force to give atleast 1 start to be able to give a review, if I had the choice I wouldn't give any to the service my mother and I got todaty on mother's day! I took my mother here so she can have a nice time for Mother's day eating breakfast. The host sitted my mom and I on the side of the kitchen room where the counter is. My mom was cold and didn't want to sit there. I kindly asked if we can sit outside since the heaters where on. They wanted to sit her on a table with very high chair. Due to her knees being bad and her being so short I told them no and explain. They asked us to wait so they can find a table. In the mean time We see all this other tables for party's of 4 or more being empty. The place was not full. I see a group of 3, two adults and 1 child being sitted on one of those empty tables while we are still waiting to be sitted. After about 20 minutes of waiting and no one coming to us I see another group coming in and being sitted right away. I asked the host what was going on? Why people are being sitted and we are still waiting? I asked him why can they sit us on one of the empty tables they had since they were many? He said again that those tables we're for big party's. So I reminded him that we've arrived way before the people they been sitting. I asked if we can just get a table there, I said if you would've sit us here we probably would've almost been done with our meal. He answer irritated and said to me and my mom.. "What is wrong with the table we gave you in the first place? Why can you sit there? I caught his energy and I answer irritated too. I told him that I explain to him about my mom being cold in that room. And he said that he couldn't give me any tables outside because they were for bigger party's, that my mother and me need to sit in this room because that is all they had. I told him we would leave then, his answer was " O well!!! We left of course. I told him I would right my review of the terrible service we got. I feel really bad that my mother and I were treated that way on at Hecho En Mexico. It was supose to be a nice day for my mother but she encounter this on Mother's day! I use to go there with friends but after this bad experience on Mother's day,, I will definitely not be going back knor will recommended this...

After the disappointment wears off, because we love their food, we give them another chance for a pleasant meal. Tonight, they got it wrong again. The entire order this time. We order cheese mole enchiladas each time, and they keep sending us chicken filled vs. cheese. Because the enchiladas are rolled up and smothered with mole sauce, my mom who is allergic to meat does not find out what’s in them until she’s several bites into it. This gets my mother very sick and we vow not to order from them again. This time we even notated “cheese enchilada* no chicken” on the order notes. It came with chicken, which mom found out after 3 bites, trusting the order is right. Mom already got sick, as I’m typing this review. The 2nd item on this order was quesadilla plate, also from the online menu. It notes the order is of a quesadilla with rice and beans for $10.95. They sent us their quesadilla appetizer instead, which has no rice or beans, and came with guacamole and sour cream (the quesadilla appetizer shows at $12.95. You can see on our receipt we paid for the $10.95, which comes with rice and beans). We called the store and the man who picked up the phone was very dismissive and not helpful at all. He kept saying we ordered a quesadilla and not the one with rice and beans. He put the phone down and left us hanging for 27 minutes until we had to hang up. Read moreI came here about a month ago with a very large group (maybe 15) and had a very bad experience. The main problem was how long we waited for our food. But also, some people in our party got their food and finished it way before others ever received theirs. I ordered fajitas and told the waitress I didn't want beans, and she asked if I wanted more rice or if I wanted fries instead? I said I'll take fries. My food finally came probably about an hour later and I asked where the salad was (the lettuce, tomato, and guac that usually comes with fajitas for a topping) and she said i only get 2 sides and I chose rice and fries. Okay, even though the person sitting next to me also got fajitas, 2 sides, and a salad (which i took a picture of). Then, I finished my food and the fries finally came out all the way at the end. The waitress apologized for how long it took and said she was going to try to get a discount for how long everything took and for everything coming out at such drastic different times. She comes back and tells us she wouldn't charge the automatic 20% gratuity or whatever it was. Seems like an odd thing to do but whatever, because the service wasn't very good anyway. And all to find out we were charged for the fries anyway 😂 even though she said my meal included the 2 sides. Also the torta didn't come with any cheese on it and when we asked about it she said yes it should have cheese, and brought a plate of cheese (and also charged for that 😂).
