Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I come here all the time due to the fact that I work right next to it every morning I come for my black iced coffee and it’s usually the same people working there this one older lady one time rudely snatched sugar from my hand when I told her that I asked for sweetener and not sugar today’s the second day except today I decided to talk to her in Spanish I asked her for syrup ketchup sweetener and creamer I know it’s the morning and it’s a lot to ask I feel like they make me feel like it is… Today I spoke to her in Spanish and I told her I don’t think you heard me ma’am I asked for this and this cause I was still missing ketchup and she gave me sugar again instead of sweetener again to grab the sugar out of my head and I try to not make contact with her skin at all because she purposely does it with because she’s upset she even put her hand in my face and said look I didn’t hear you you did not say that. When I know for a fact that I didn’t that she just did not hear me…. When I walked in, I found the place had a chill vibe with friendly staff ready to take my order, even at that hour. I decided to go for their famous chocolate shake, and boy, was it good! The shake was massive and had the perfect creamy, chocolatey goodness that hit all the right spots.
