Just wanted to share my positive experience at State Farm Insurance adjacent to Gelson's in Silverlake. Since the car insurance that I had for several years increased the cost of my policy significantly because of an accident that was not my fault, I was upset, felt it was unfair and decided to find another agency. My good fortune was that I contacted Alex Amzoyan - State Farm Insurance Agent, spoke to Gabee, one of the agents who was working that day who set up an immediate appointment for me. When I arrived, Gabee already had some information ready for me based on what I explained that I wanted over the phone, listened to my concerns, offered me an insurance quote that was reasonable and fair which I accepted. The service was outstanding....Gabee was wonderful...personable, patient and happy to answer all questions about the coverage that I would be getting. There was no rush and no sales pitch involved. I would highly recommend this agency for anyone that is looking for insurance...forgot to mention that for a few dollars more a month, my home insurance was included!
