Came here for first time during this summer heat wave and it sure didn't disappoint. There are tons of Ubatuba chains in LA btw. ORDERED MEDIUM AÇAÍ BOWLS: - the açaí is premade and frozen (had to be scooped out from this big bucket) unlike some places where it may be made on the spot so this came out quick. - taste was refreshing - you get pretty much less than half of the to-go bowl in açaí and the rest you get in toppings - TOPPINGS are UNLIMITED ie. As many as you want but you just need to make sure it fits - they have TONS of variety - a PLUS ++ they use earth friendly disposable wooden spoons :) - price-wise, they seem ok for the current economy but you're likely not gonna be "full" from a small or medium... as of JULY 2023: $9.50 small / $11.50 medium / $16 large Staff was friendly and patient - so definitely a plus especially when you can't make up your mind of what you want. This is a casual and chill ambiance. DOWNSIDES: - no seating - parking kind sucks and is not easy but there could be some meters if you're lucky The inside is small, and there's nowhere to sit to eat these so you pretty much have to either go outside where there's a single long bench without a tabletop or take it Togo and eat it asap before things melt.

I love this place! The açaí bowls were delicious. They let you choose multiple bases so if you’re indecisive like me, this is perfect. I loved the açaí and coconut base. The granola and coconut flakes were a must! They even gave samples of their cheese bread and it was good too.

Lovely little açaí place. Kind of an odd location but very tasty. Great topping options (including paçoca! If you know, you know), perfect balance of smooth and icey, and friendly staff. If you’re walking by stop in for an açaí dessert cup at least.

The women Bridget with red hair was so rude to me when I walked in the store she ignored me and acted like she didn’t see me but then she had such a rude attitude the customer service needs to be better. When I walked in to order something too she kept yelling at some kid working there to do the right job and made a big deal out of nothing. I hope they treat their people better because yelling at children...

hands down the best acai in LA. not only is every single person who works here incredibly kind and friendly, the product is amazing too. the acai base isn’t overly sweet or runny like other places and the build your own with unlimited toppings??? COME ON. i’m not being paid to say this and have no connection to the owners i genuinely just love this place and want to see it continue to thrive. love...
