We heard great things about this cute little restaurant. I was very excited for the food and the ambience. The food was alright, not the best but it was edible. However our experience was terrible! Our server Tiffany (blond hair) was a very rude ill mannered person. When seated at our table and given our menus we were not greeted, she poured our drinks, spilled water all over the floor and walked away. My friend nearly slipped and fell when coming back from the restroom. I thought to myself maybe she's not a morning person, or perhaps she's having a bad day but when the party next to us was seated her whole attitude changed, it was like a whole new person. I asked her for another coffee she brough back coffee but no cream or sugar, when I asked her for it she only gave me creamer and walked away. I asked a different waitress for sugar, she very kindly brought it to the table. When given our checks she included a 20 percent gratuity tip to our bill, I called her over and asked her to please remove the tip because we were not planning on tipping her, she stated it was mandatory and nothing could be done. Nowhere did it state a mandatory tip was needed for a party of 3, it did however say the mandatory tip was applied for a party of 6 or more people. Not only did she sneakily try and tip herself but she also tried to charge us for a michelada we never ordered. The manager spoke to us and apologized for the misunderstanding, he removed the extra charges from our bill. I would have understood if the restaurant was extremely busy and she was left alone managing all the tables, but from what I saw she only had two parties seated on her section one of them being us. Read moreThis review is based only on phone conversation, and that was all it took for us not to want to go to this place. I had booked an online reservation and I called the restaurant to make sure that they had a reservation for us since I had done it online. But when I called I received nothing but rudeness, disrespect from the person that answered the phone. She says her name was Cindy , but not sure if that’s really her name, when I asked if we had a reservation for eight people she said “I can’t help you with that we are very busy, you need to call later” I explained to her that I was coming from far and I needed to know before we arrived, she still refused to help me. We called a second time she still refused to help or to even let us know if they would be available to seat us. We understand it was busy, but I think it’s the way someone handles the situation especially working in this type of environment. This individual should realize that you should be a little nicer to the consumer if you don’t like your job or you feel overwhelmed then maybe you shouldn’t be there. Read moreAbsolute horrible experience. I am so embarrassed I suggested this place to my co-workers. I could go on and on...but the service was more than just slow and rude...was aggressive and mean. I have been a server, bartender and manager for 15 years. I have never been treated with such disrespect. To be be swore at and disregarded. I am one of the most empathetic people one would have at thier establishment. All I ask is for respect and communication. I have never felt so disrespected at an establishment in my life. The bartender and server seemed drunk...maybe high on drugs and were aggressive and unbelievably rude. I am astonished. The food and drinks took forever, they got angry when they could not remember our order...as though it were our fault. They still brought out the incorrect order, all at different times I might add, and could not figure out the check, in which we waited for 20 minutes to get. I finally had to go up to the bar to ask for it, in which he said, 'Go sit down, I'll get to you when I get to you."
