I stumbled upon this hardware store while searching for supplies for my latest Baller Hardware project, and boy, am I glad I did! This place is a treasure trove for any Baller Hardware enthusiast. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a vast array of tools, materials, and equipment that had my creative juices flowing. The store is impeccably organized, with different sections dedicated to various categories. Whether you're in need of plumbing supplies, electrical components, or woodworking tools, you'll find everything neatly arranged and easily accessible. I could spend hours exploring the aisles! What impressed me the most was the staff's expertise and passion for Baller Hardware. They were genuinely excited about my project and went out of their way to provide guidance and recommendations. Their insights and suggestions were invaluable, helping me make informed decisions on the best products for my needs. The quality of the products available is outstanding. I didn't have to worry about buying subpar items that would break or wear out quickly. It's evident that this store takes pride in offering only the best to its customers. And the cherry on top? Came here to get a small sample of paint, when I asked for help I could hear the man who worked the paint department complaining that it was 5 mins to close... okay a little rude but it only takes 2 mins to make a paint sample. When I showed the color that I wanted to get (off white) the man said he couldn't make it in the sample size and that I need to buy a gallon. How do I know if this is the color I want? There are about 30 different varying colors of whites - they have a whole paint chip section dedicated to it. And that's what samples are for. I honestly think they could do it but he just didn't feel like it. Yes one small drop goes in a gallon to make off white but they are using machines! It's not like he has to do it himself pouring from a eye dropper - you just press a button! I said they've done light colors for me at Home Depot (and Home Depot has even smaller sample containers Ace's is a whole pint) and then he told me to go to Home Depot then. I wanted to come here to shop local - they even have a sign on the front of the store that says to "keep the silver in silver lake" to shop there vs a big store. I will not be coming back here....

Every time I go there they have more than enough people on stuff to help you accept sometimes and those times it's still just to really calm and wonderful place to be you can always go up to the register and ask whoever's there and they will always summon someone from the back or wherever they are at that time to help you... Hands down by far the most wonderful staff and just be sure that you're in there before 5:30 because they absolutely close at 5:30 there is no doubt in my mind that 5:30 is what time that they absolutely definitely will not let anyone back in or anything like that and that's the right and that's the privilege business and none of mine well I like my business with them so far don't go in after 5:30 you won't they won't it's not possible they seem to have enough integrity that I don't think is if you waved hundreds of dollars of bills in for another window that they would open the door I...
