While grading our site for a 100% Affordable Housing multi-family development in Los Angeles, we encountered a Underground storage tank. All work on site was halted until we resolve this issue. We contacted Andersen Integrated Services who immediately responded and met us on site. The team at Andersen immediately put together a work plan for the UST removal and submitted to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The Andersen Environmental team worked diligently to get LAFD approval, upon which time they immediately performed the UST excavation, removal, soil remediation and submitted their report for the No Further Action letter (NFA Letter).

We used Andersen Integrated following the Palisades fire in Jan 2025. They were absolutely fabulous. Our house survived, but needed smoke and ash remediation. We had been stuck in a small hotel room with our cats, and when evacuation orders were lifted, Andersen came in with their crew and for two days meticulously cleaned every imaginable surface, cleaning so well that we were perfectly comfortable to return.
