My name is Adan and normally I write reviews in google for people can know about my experience so people won't hesitate. First of all I call to see if they are available since I was in the area.. the receptionist was in a good spirit and very friendly. I got their and I saw the receptionist.. very nice! You do have to pay first and you'll get your total amount in a receipt and the bottom will ask if you want to leave a tip (you do not have to tip them right away) and after if your happy with your massage you can tip them (just ask for the receipt where you sign at first)(they accept cash, debit, credit cards). I got the deep tissue for two hours because I really need it, I'm a driver and I got low back pain and sciatica which I was in pain at the moment. Annie massaged me and it was amazing.. she stand right in top of my back with her feet.. she does hold herself in the roof that has a pole, she massaged almost every nerve and muscle that I have in my body.. she help me do some stretches which honestly it was worth the $140, the massage was so good I couldn't leave without a tip.. I tipped her $35 and honestly I would of gave her more but I'm not rich lol. I walked out like a brand new human, I'm the happiest guy in earth knowing that I feel better! Thank you for your service Annie, I appreciate you! Arriba Thailand :] I will come back! btw nice music, rooms, very clean and professional. The tables were very comfortable and especially where you put your face.. not like other massage places that are hard and your face is hurting lol. Date of...
Read moreThis was an extremely unpleasant experience for me. I frequently get Thai massages and was excited to get one here because the facility looked clean however the customer service was horrible. I paid $178 for a BTS signature massage which included Hot Stone therapy. The masseuse was very ginger with his touch and never incorporated the hot stones, stating that the front desk never communicated to him that I wanted that service. When I relayed this to the front desk she merely stated “I told him” and left it there. That is very poor service for which I was not offered a refund, or a discount for next time, or a free 15 minutes to make up for the mistake. This is also the only Thai massage place that required payment PRIOR to my massage and I am assuming it is because they do not want to account for any dissatisfaction the customer may experience that may affect payment and tip. I do not recommend this place, there are several massage places in the area including Elite Thai massage which has much better service and more importantly much better conflict resolution. If you do decide to go here be very upfront with your requests and ask questions about what to expect, if you must pay prior to your massage, you deserve to know what...
Read moreI came in for a Thai massage with my family and it was one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. The therapist assigned to me had no proper technique—just rubbed my body aimlessly the entire time. It felt completely unprofessional and honestly made me very uncomfortable.
I tried to be patient and didn’t ask to switch, thinking it might get better, but it didn’t. After the session, I shared my concerns with the owner, and they told me I could’ve changed therapists mid-session. That’s not a real solution—clients shouldn’t have to manage their own quality control during a service.
What made it even more disappointing is that this massage was a gift from my father on his last day in the U.S. before returning to Korea. It was meant to be a special experience for all of us, but it left us frustrated and upset instead.
They offered me 50% off next time, but I have no intention of returning. I don’t trust the quality of service, and I don't want to waste more time or money.
Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a real,...
