TL;DR: Absolute perfection. Come by, weâd love to meet you!
What can I tell you about CEREMNY?
Iâve consistently been coming to CEREMNY 3-4x/week since January 2025 (~5 months now). Being part of the community has been absolutely transformational. Seriously. A huge source of strength and grounding, a safe space I can come home to when I feel destabilized in other areas of life.
CEREMNY is a ONE STOP SHOP. They offer spin, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, slow flow yoga, HIIT, strength training, cardio dance, breath work, â¨special community nights, sound baths.. did I miss anything? They offer free live streamed 20-min meditations at 8am Mon-Fri (you can join via Zoom from home). (Oh and they have a well-designed app to book classes, and a ton of class recordings you can access from home.) Menâs circles, womenâs circles⌠treatment rooms where you can book appointments with body workers and healers.
Showers. Lockers. Alo lotions & soaps. A free water station! Thereâs a light room (yoga & more) and a dark room (spin/strength/etc.) B.mats for rent. Spin shoes for rent. Complimentary face towels. ONLY the best props for you, my dear (half moon bolsters & cushions, Alo blocks, straps). Great sound system, GORGEOUS ENTRYWAY, huge crystals and beautiful trinkets around the space. You never know when you will get a little treat like a vitamin gel pack, iced coffee, hot tea, a hug. They LITERALLY had to make protein shakes available for purchase because PEOPLE DONâT WANT TO EVER LEAVE and they get hungry between classes.
Itâs a very welcoming space and community. You can lounge after class. You can plop down on the couch or the carpet and chit chat or stare into space. CEREMNY is a whole different experience than anything Iâve encountered before. Itâs like a combination of ALL the things, and also elevated in every single way, down to every tiny detail.
Okay so which classes should you start with?! I go to the studio weekday evenings and weekend mornings, so I have not taken all the different classes with all the instructors. Iâm sure theyâre all amazing.
I love the owner Ashleyâs classes - somatic movement / power yoga & breathwork / spin. She is the healer medicine woman badass teacher goddess youâve always dreamed of finding. She does everything with So. Much. Heart. She also gives effective, soothing, clear yet gentle adjustments. If she offers you an adjustment on a one-sided pose, she will remember and keep you in balance by adjusting the other side, EVEN IF thereâs been five minutes of intricate flow in between. She always remembers.
Angelaâs sound baths - !!!!!!!!!! Angela is actually a mermaid angel fairy goddess who came from the depths of a glittery ocean on another planet where there is no pain. She was sent to our planet to heal YOU specifically with her voice and crystal bowls. And her smile.
Byronâs candlelit slow flow class is a yummy tension melting balm. He has the most grounding presence and voice. Itâs like he is everywhere in the room but also not in the room at all. Itâs just you and your breath and your focused mind. I feel like I just got a massage every time I leave.
Bernardâs strength training classes. The full hour. If you asked an AI tool to generate an image of the most perfectly balanced, toned human physique, it would just pull up a photo of Bernard. He will show you the way to get there. He is so nice and encouraging as he leads you through circuits. You donât even notice that your muscles are getting absolutely SHREDDED. I swear I got stronger after one single class with him. You leave class drenched in sweat, so plan ahead. (Remember there are showers! Bring a towel.)
Final shout-out to all the desk fairies/muses/graces and staff in general. They are all the absolute cutest and go above and beyond for you. (Plus all the community members drew me in too; everyone is so open & welcoming in a way that you can FEEL.)
If you read this far, wow and thank you. COME TO CEREMNY and see if you like it! Whatâs the worst thing that could happen? Whatâs the...

Iâve been on the hunt for the perfect wellness studio for a while, and Iâm thrilled to say that Ceremny has completely transformed my routine! This place truly has it all â whether youâre into yoga, cycling, cardio dance, meditation, or something else, their variety of classes is unmatched. Each class is led by incredibly talented and motivating instructors who make you want to push yourself while having fun (not to mention, free parking is a game-changer for Westside dwellers!).
The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous â light, airy, and inviting â making it easy to get into the right mindset the moment you step inside. The space is so thoughtfully designed, it feels like a mini retreat every time I go. And trust me, these workouts are not just a workoutâtheyâre sweat-inducing and leave you feeling both physically and spiritually refreshed. I love how they blend the intensity with a sense of mindfulness and inner connection.
They even have an app with on-demand classes, which has been a lifesaver for when Iâm traveling but donât want to miss out on my favorite workouts.
Speaking of favorites, the yoga, cycling, cardio dance, and meditation classes are my go-tos! These have taken my workouts from simply functional to genuinely fun and something I look forward to each day.
If you live nearby, you're incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing studio in your area. I canât recommend Ceremny enough â itâs been an absolute blessing to have this space...
Read moreI love the beauty and feel of the studio and that the students come from all walks of life! And holy smokes, the Agility Strength class with Steven is such an amazing class. I love being pushed in a challenging yet motivating way and Steven does just that. It's a very interactive class and the instructor actually walks around constantly to make modifications to form and suggestions for changes depending on injury. (For him asking about injuries actually means something, which I appreciate!) Most importantly he makes me laugh constantly because he is silly, tries to tip you over during balance exercises etc. Another fact I appreciate is that he builds a community. I don't think I have talked this much to other classmates in any other class. I have been pushed to the limits (and sometimes above) but it has never felt overwhelming because he alternates muscle groups so well and it has never felt like a weakness. If you want a quiet class, this class is not for you. If you want to be pushed, laugh and actually learn about yourself and fitness, this is the perfect class. Steven clearly cares about teaching and...
