I have been with chase back for going on 12 years and love there service and professionalism. This Branch does not have this. Talked to a guy that didnt give me his name. Then when he couldn't figure out how to help me with my card declining because the address was wrong he just keep telling me that he couldn't give me any information. I ask him to tell me the process I will have to go through to fix my issue and he told me he cant help me without telling me the right address. I, yes aggressively, informed him that I don't want any information I just want to know how to fix this he told me to calm down. at that point I ask for his name and told him I was going to call the corporate and report him. Then he hung up on me. Called back and talked to someone about what happened and they acted like there wasn't a guy that was working and tried to help. all she did was tell me to call customer support. I understand that its a hard time but this guy was very unprofessional and didn't know how to do his job. I called customer support and they fixed it within 10 min. I had been in previously to open a new account, and they forgot to have me sign a form before leaving. I received 6 calls from them to get me to come back in (a bit much, no?). I popped in a few days later right when they opened thinking it would take a minute, but Ashley needed to get her comp set up, which I didn't have time to wait for. When leaving, I asked the greeter if they could email me in the future instead of calling, and that I'd make an appointment. When I came back in, Ashley was acting like I committed some egregious crime and treated me accordingly, apparently because I asked them to email me instead of call. Read moreI'm sorry, but most of the time the service time at this location is decent. Not today! I'm frustrated that I waited too long in line and it was not because of a long line, but the customers were taking too long at the teller's window. I waited a good 15 minutes to get my transaction completed when it usually takes 2 minutes if not less. Also, the teller said something about the deposit slip that did not make any sense, hence I've been doing business deposits for many years and never had there been a problem with the deposit slips. Each box on the deposit slip has it's purpose and it states it clear. I don't see why I must now write the total amount of the checks that are on the back, on the "check" box on the front when it actually has a box for "total from...
