I come eat here after work a lot with my dad to this location, my father isn't fluent in English but understands it more than speaking it i've had one occasion with a women in black glasses giving him and attitude for not ordering fast enough, we where hesitant about getting another plate but decided to get another plate and when we asked for another plate in her words she said "THAT IS WHY I ASKED IF THAT WAS IT"I didn't speak up for my dad at the moment but I felt rushed and defensive because why are we annoying for asking for another plate ? I let it slide but today my dad went to eat and while ordering he was listing what he wanted on his plate starting with chow mien and she cuts him off before asking for his sides saying "oh just a plate of chow mien?" Like give him a second not everyone speaker fluent English and isn't quick to order especially with language barriers ,I like this location but the service this women is giving my father genuinely hurts my feelings like what does it cost to be patient and understanding, I get work can be overwhelming but it's not to be taken out...
Read moreAm so unsatisfy with this restaurant wich I go two or three times a week .But is so ugly to se that the prices are higher and the portions are so small. The server place the food like piles to make them look like huge but when you eat them is so liltle portions. The custumer service is not polite and is so annoying to be asked for money donation time after time . Also is very unfair considering the huge profits this chain restaurant earn per year. So you go there spending your money in decieving portions and still you have to donate your money in order to give this bussines the credits for be so generous with other and helping them to reduce their taxes year after year. Is deciving, is unfair and so unpolite. I don't really belive is the right way to treat custumers . Read moreIn Regards to employee (Jessica)behavioral issues. I came in here after a 30 mile bike ride, only to run into the most naive short tempered employee of the year. I simply pointed out an item that was missed matched with the label. She proceeds to sneak diss me infront of me as if im not infront of her. She mumbled something offensive so i said something to myself and she lost all her marbles and started ranting with her negative attitude. I simply walked away and she followed antagonizing me. Sadly this woman has no social/professional skill to be up front of the line greeting anyone. I come from the food industry and nobody should tolerate an uneducated employee perhaps she could learn some manners by assigning her to the dishpit.
