You guys!
This Starbucks location was a memorable stop on our road trip back from Hollywood Hills to Las Vegas. Among us was my second youngest cousin visiting from London, experiencing America for the very first time and he had one small wish: to try the famous Starbucks Mocha Chocolate Chip Frappuccino he’d only ever seen on YouTube and heard about from friends.
When he took that first sip, his eyes lit up. It was one of those simple yet heartwarming moments watching him finally experience something he had always been curious about. That drink wasn’t just a treat; it was a little American dream come true for him.
The store itself had a warm and welcoming vibe. The baristas were kind and efficient, and despite the casual rush, the service was smooth. The store was clean, the energy was relaxed, and it gave us a comfortable break before we continued our journey to Vegas.
This Starbucks may just be one of many, but for my cousin from london, it became a memorable milestone proof that even the smallest stops can make the biggest...
Read moreI love Starbucks, but this location honestly sucks. It didn’t before. The people were awesome and drinks were served in appropriate time. Now they’re constantly training people and the place is so busy. I don’t know how they go about making the orders but when I place my mobile order I would assume that the whole order is done together but boy am I wrong. There has been multiple times when I’ve gotten there early so I seat down and just watch. Why would anyone take as many orders as they can first and then heat the pastries? I understand if there is two people but there is usually about 4 -5 people at once. Usually when I go in I order four drinks and four food items Half the items are cold bc they make them first and then they make the other two 🤷♀️ How does that make any sense ? And let me tell you a cold bacon Gouda sandwich is gross. But mostly importantly they take about 20-30 to give you your drinks. If you have time to kill go to this location, but if you need a some fast go down to...
Read moreLocation is decent and products are standard. Lines are tolerable and not a long wait time. Consistency is there, but there's a caveat. Most noticable issues: Customer service is consistent; consistently subpar. Employees are shockingly disrespectful. The baristas here seem burned out and project their disatisfaction onto customers. They look upset they're working. Manager struggles with basic manners, with a tendency to being dismissive. Staff here refuse to answer their store phone in a timely manner and answer just to hang up calls. Not considerate of the customer experience.
No need to force anyone to express kindness but there is a better way to address people. Lastly, baristas ignore every other customer based on some skewed perception. I didn't know prejudice was still a thing. 8/10...
