The customer service here is terrible. After waiting in line for 10 minutes for service I was informed that cheese and guacamole was not available, when as will they be a price adjustment due to the unavailable items I was told, no rudely. when I spoke with the manager, she rudely told me there will be no discount for the missing items and asked in a very aggressive, rude, disrespectful manner if I want to purchase the bowl. When I asked for thr name of the owner, she refused, when I asked her for her name she said the card is down there and pointed towards the register. When I asked for thr General Manager and number to Corp, she rudely told me the cards is the only information available to customers. The other employees refused to give me their names to include in this review and became very upset when I took thr pictures. I spoke with an elderly black man in the restaurant who told me that this is his experience every visit and that he noticed that the service towards black customers is very unfriendly and often rude. I am thinking of starting a boycott or notifying the new media. Mid-City we should be able to patronize and receive equality in service. Standard items cheese and guacamole should be available at 7pm, especially if your store is open for another 3 hours. Also, since we are a multicultural community the businesses should reflect that....look at the picture no blacks work here. WHAT A SHAME. I will never visit this...
Read moreStay away from this Chipotle at all cost especially any time after 4pm as they will not have most food items available. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby. The last 3 times I’ve visited in the evening, the employees will yell all of the items that they don’t have. It’s unacceptable if they don’t have white rice, chicken, Pico de gallo, chips, no drinks, or beans and on A CONSISTENT BASIS after 4pm. This is not a chipotle that should be up and running practicing this tactic. Can you call yourself a chipotle when you don’t have the bare ingredients for customers? I hope the franchise owner sees this review. Read moreI have read the other reviews and I'm not sure if we have been to the same Chipotle. I eat at this location quite often. The staff is attentive and friendly which having often stood in a line at Chipotle is a fete of it's own considering how rude and obnoxious most of the customers who come in can be. Yes, you get to order it how you want it but would it kill some of you to say please and thank you to the person who is serving you, and don't even get me started on those of you who like to have a whole other conversation on your cell phone's while pointing at what you want and then getting angry when the poor server on the line didn't understand you were pointing to sour creme and not corn. I digress. I have been to many a Chipotle and this location is by far my favorite. Even on the rare occasion where they have run out of something I wanted they have always done their best to make me happy...
