Not sure why this store has bad reviews. I had a great experience shopping here. I came in wanting to color match myself for Westman Atelier and the sales associate Michelle was very helpful with letting me swatch colors and giving me some alcohol and sanitation materials so I could feel safe doing so. Very few stores are doing this right now, so it was appreciated. She also gave me some nice samples to try as well, and helped me order the one item I wanted that was out of stock in store. I had been looking for an eyelash enhancer, and after one and a half hours of sheer shopping enjoyment, left with more than one woman could ever need. The sales staff were incredibly knowledgeable, non intrusive, so warm and friendly, truly a win win .
