This is a beautiful store and there are some amazing pieces, but I don't understand why all of the employees always have to be so rude and condescending. There's never a greeting when you walk in and if you don't look like you're made out of money you can forget about anyone trying to assist you while you shop.
Most recently, I stopped in to return a gift I had received so that I could exchange it for something else (and purchase more) and, with the way the employee reacted, you would have thought I asked her to empty the contents of the register and hand them over. Because of this interaction, I bought much less than I initially intended to.
It's great to be able to shop in person so that you can avoid the back and forth of purchasing online and returning, but the staff here ruin the entire experience. I only go into this store if I HAVE to. I'd rather deal with the inconveniences of ordering online than stop by and be made to feel less than welcome.

Even a Christmas present that was a gift to me purchased in November has a 30 day exchnge or return policy; so if it was purchased before November 25 you are out of luck, even if all you would like is store credit (since there is not a smaller size made of the item). So here I am with a lovely 500$ sweater that I cannot wear or use and they will not do anything for me. Come on! For how much I and my friends and family have purchased from Jenni Kayne something about this policy STINKS!!...
