Frida Tacos - Brentwood — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Sadly I had a not so great experience here at the Brentwood frida tacos location.

I MEAN I GET IT, the unhappy Latin workers taking your order and making your food are probably fed up with the sh*tty snotty douchebag & douchepurse elites that frequent this place and constantly have requests like making the MEXICAN FOOD less spicy...

Ugh! I mean after all it is the Brentwood country mart...And if you know me, you know I HATE ALL OF THE RICH AND PRIVILEGED JERKS that populate this snobby part of town... But c'mon

HOW HARD IS IT TO COOK CARNE ASADA!!!

Ugh! So as you probably gathered, I ordered a carne asada burrito and though it looked great and the flavors were solid...

The meat was horrible.

it was rubbery, hard and bottom of the barrel oldish. to add further insult to injury, the whole burrito (ordered WET) was luke warm to slightly cold! even a TACO TRUCK serves their food HOT HOT HOT...

it's sad because i really wanted to enjoy my Frida Tacos experience. and i would have given the location 2 stars (because the flavors were not bad at all) but the horrible carne coupled with the angry employees really kept the star generosity to a 1 only.

my suggestion/recommendation, DON'T COME HERE FOR MEXICAN FOOD!!! ;-) go to TACOS POR FAVOR off of bundy and olympic instead! you'll be much more happier and you don't have to wait on pretentious brentwood prius drivers who act like they're parking a...

this was not what I ordered ... he yelled at me and then hung up. I then called the Beverly drive location to see if their manager could resolve this and also advise them of how horribly I was treated. I was told I would receive a refund and that she would let the manager at the Brentwood location know about what happened. I never received my refund I sent several emails to Juan the manager at the Brentwood country mart location. I finally heard back and it’s as if he didn’t read my email at all. His solution was to offer me to come in today specifically and they will remake me the tacos. Why would I want to be inconvenienced and make a special trip to accommodate him?!?

After how I have been treated by the cashier and now learning how poor the customer service is... I would HIGHLY recommend walking to the taco trucks a couple blocks East. They listen and are accommodating plus the tacos...

Not the best. Coming from a Mexican. They are very much washed. I really don't like how my asada burrito came with ground beef. I under rasa you are in a $$$ neighborhood but you know a torta does not cost 11$. A burrito should not cost 9.90. Who in the hell is crazy enough to pay for 3$ tacos. You know tacos cost 1.25$ 1.70$ if they are good. Chill out. Tapatio has more flavor than your red salsa. Tortilla is thin. Meat over salted. Beans are canned beans. The rice needs flavor. Started off with 3 stars. But the more I think about the food. I cant give you more then 1 star. These people really need to travel out and go eat tacos in compton. South centro. Cuz damm...
