CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Los Angeles

I was helped by Saif, the pharmacy manager, and by Brian, a person who works in the pharmacy. The customer service by both was excellent. Saif filled a prescription that was originally $110.26. He worked his magic and got the price down to $14.89. Saif knew I was not feeling well. He made sure that someone helped me quickly at the cash register. He also made recommendations about different over the counter fiber supplements that would help me. Overall, he was subperb.

Brian saw that I had a lot of non pharmacy items in my basket. He offered to ring me up for medications at the pharmacy. Then took me to his counter in front of the store so he could ring up the rest of the items. He said it would be easier at the front of the store in terms of bagging the items. He did not make me wait in line. He was so nice and so helpful.

Both Saif and Brian were subperb. I could not have asked for better customer service. I felt like I was at the Mark Hopkins hotel!

I live close to this CVS, so I am here almost everyday lol. Great customer service. They always greet you at the door which I feel is very important in a business. I work night shift as a UCLA Nurse and usually here during the odd hours of the night/morning. Sometimes there are homeless people around and the area around looks really sketchy. But they can’t really help that, and I have seen them handle the homeless people as respectfully as they can without being disrespectful or discriminating. But with all that, the homeless people don’t really bother you at all. Idk if it’s because I work with a lot of them in the ER; but I feel safe at this CVS, and if there ever were a problem the security is really good at keeping you safe and making sure you are okay. They have even asked before, maybe because I’m always coming in alone and...

WORST PHARMACY . Wait a month to get a refill , never had that happen . Now im changing pharmacies because they still havent refilled it . They dont follow a schedule as theyll close randomly . They changed the feature that lets you talk to a pharmacist on a phone recently. Pharmacist are often rude
