They are VERY RUDE AND I FELT VERY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST JUST FOR ASKING FOR A COURTESY CUP FOR SOME WATER SO I COULD TAKE MY MEDICATIONS I TAKE BEFORE I EAT. DESIREE THE "MANAGER" REFUSED MY SERVICE BECAUSE I WOULDN'T BY A $2 VALUE CUP. I MUST TAKE MY MEDICINE BEFORE I EAT. IT WAS SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE OVER A, "COURTESY CUP" KEY WORD COURTESY!! IT WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AND I WAS FEELING WEAK AND I DIDN'T HAVE$2 FOR A CUP AND I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK, FEELING WEAK HAD TO WALK 4 BLOCKS JUST TO GO TI BURGER KING DOWN THE STREET SO I COULD FINALLY TAKE MY MEDS. WHICH BK HAD NO ISSUES OR ATTITUDE AT ALL WITH GIVING ME A FREE COURTESY CUP OF WATER. IN MY RECENT EXPERIENCES WITH JB I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE IN RECEIVING A FREE CUP OF WATER. THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN IT WAS ALL EYES ON US. MY BOYFRIEND IS BLACK AND IM HISPANIC AND I FELT AS IF THEY WERE JUDGING US BECAUSE OF HIS SKIN COLOR. MY BOYFRIEND TOOK OUT $2 FOR A FREAKING CUP SHE THEN REFUSED HIS SERVICE. HE WASNT YELLING NOR CAUSING ATTENTION UNTIL SHE FULL ON STARTED TO YELL AT HIM THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE HIM A COURTESY CUP NOR WHEN HE ASKED HER NAME SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE HIM HER NAME. WHAT KIND OF MANAGER YELLS AT A MAN FOR TRYING TO GET A CUP OF WATER FOR HIS DIABETIC WIFE TRYING TO TAKE HER MUCH NEEDED MEDICATION SO SHE WON'T THROW UP OR PASS OUT BECAUSE MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS LOW. DESIREE THE"MANAGER" IS VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND SHOWED NO KIND OF LEADERSHIP OR COMPASSION FOR HER CUSTOMERS. IM NOT SURE HOW SHE GOT HER POSITION BUT SHE NEEDS TO REEVALUATE WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MANAGER! IN MY OPINION SHE NEEDS TO BE SCRUBBING TOILETS AND NOT WORKING THE FRONT CASH REGISTER IF SHE IS GOING TO BE HAVING A BAD DAY AND THEN REFUSING SERVICE OVER A SIMPLE CUP OF WATER. IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING ALL THE ATTENTION SHE WAS CAUSING FROM YELLING AT US. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE. AND THE SECURITY GUARD WANTED TO TELL US TO LEAVE BUT THERE ARE HOMELESS PEOPLE LOTS OF THEM COMING IN EVERYDAY TO GET SOME WATER. Read moreThe cashier here is definitely disgusting according to my receipt her name is Stacey. I should have known walking in here. She held the door for 3 kids with water cups filled with juice as I’m walking up she walk away. No biggie,I figured she was rushing back to take my order.
I watched this lady touch the entrance door and door to get back to her station no big deal right?! WRONG!!! She also touches the food. She yell out, “value fries“ no one comes to the counter, then she walked out and go to these three kids give them free food. She walked back in, not sanitizing her hands or anything and make more food. I order a number 12 I tell this lady no tomato or lettuce her rude self says, “it doesn’t come with lettuce” I said really it does in the pic, she say you can add it if you want. Why would I add, if I requested it to be removed? She prepared my fries after all this door touching I threw those away. I looked at my receipt she never really took my order, but she made sure her friends got free food and drinks. Terrible customer service and unsanitary

Read moreSalad was good but customer service was horrible, I repeat horrible! Cashier was horrible. Manager non caring attitude. The cashier may have been new but this where proper training should gave take place. The cashier rang up three orders and decided to stop once I got to front. She turns her back and DOES NOT say I will be right with you or nothing for that matter. I waited patiently for assistance. Finally, When she asked how could she help me? I asked her what was the difference between the club and southwest salad she told me she didnt know. That was her cue to ask the manager standing directly behind her. I ordered the club salad. While waiting I asked the manager what is the difference in the salads and she said " it had lettuce (duh) and one has bacon and the other has corn!" I told her I'm sure I know the salad had lettuce, but what else? Smh. I could go on but I feel like there will be no change in service, but I thought customers should be aware. The lack of concern, the lack of knowledge of the products, the very low-poor level of customer service, the wait time for the order is and was the lowest.
