Pine Tree Inn — Hotel in Los Angeles

This isnt my email yet im a resident D ,These people are only good for their towels and even then they are very touchy with their towels and sheets and blankets msg their is absolutely no place to do laundry and the security guard tried to pick up on me although their in a nice recycling place right across the street and a nice park from the their a next block although at the pine tree in I debuged every thing and came to find opening my box of clean linen and ironed and folded in a box cause they have no drawers to unfold linen into I hand to keep mine in a giant plastic tubberware with a top and came to find out what I was expecting was my clean linen that was not going to find opening up the tubberware ifound in a infestion of roaches from the room got in to my belongings and made a nest in the box when I didn't open it for about 3 days also I have no fire alarm and when I Saif excuse me your water is freezing the person behind the glass at the office said they did not care right at the dawn of morning to rinse off and the water was frozen. I am not to sure I wish I could talk highly of this place at all;.this room7 on the bottom floor under the managers room in the way back 2nd...

Cleaning should be better I don't like to clean when I walk in a room but bugs I don't ever like...

Had roach didn't feel safe and bad...
