Best Donut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I purchased a plain bagel with cream cheese. First of all the man tried to give me a burned bagel, I refused, he made another one & the amount of cream cheese that he put on the bagel was a joke. The bagel was dry, very little cream cheese & &4.00. Went to Winchells donuts, purchased a bagel of my choice & that bagel had enough cream cheese for another bagel. Donuts are good,service is good....Coffee has issues.........Sometimes its very good (Early AM)...But late morning & afternoon coffee is not that good. At 1st I did not think about it to much, but because my shift change I was coming in the afternoon. The last couple of times coffee was very weak. But today I saw it....she poured me a large cup of coffee then she pressed the button to start coffee brewing again and did not add fresh coffee.........Very bad....I like fresh brewed coffee not 2nd or 3rd...

The service was bad all together. The lady behind the counter was rude the donuts must have been old. I ordered an apple fritter and she gave me a broken donut with a cup of warm coffee and rushed me out of the way before my wife can get her change which was only twenty five cents. Then she told my wife that she gave her a quarter in the five nickels she gave in change. She gave us attitudes and told us to go out her donut shop.
