Burger King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Im a disabled 56 year old female. I went through the drive with my elder brother. He too is disabled. I place an order for 2 whoppers and onion rings. Yet i decided i would order 4 more for others. I was told the line was too long. There were 2 cars behind me. I asked if she could take my order and allow me to pull to the side. I was prepared to wait. But she said no. I paid for that order and drove back through. I placed the second order. I asked the cashier was the web site on the receipt.

She asked if i wanted the manager. I said i didnt asked but yes. She said i must get out and come inside in order to speak with the manager.

Sadly the manager never showed her face. I believed the manager must be related. It wasnt what the cashier said nor done. It was the manner she spoke. She exampled no respect. She had a rude tone. She wore nasty facial expression. She should be in the back... Or on fries. She was young and unprofessional. She was sarcastic. She was combative. This week was my last visit to this location. Im sure its a franchise. One that hires mostly hispanic staff. This is a predominantly black community. However the business nearby are employed by mostly hispanics.

The name BURGER KING is owned by someone else. I been here several times. I am from a multicultural family. The staff working here is predominantly hispanic. I have never noticed anyone african american/ black working there. This showing of no staff or lil staff of color give me the impression that the business do nor care for blacks.However if they have black employees, im sure they are few in number. I was disappointed with the service here. I will not...

I've ordered here years ago, in the past with no issues. Staff and all were professional. Today, I went to the drive through, gave my order and was told to pull up to the window without my order total or order review. I pull-up to the window. Sat there for a good 5 mins before the lady came to the window. I asked her if I could add something to my order and was told that once I'm at the window, I can't add anything. For years, I've ordered from different places and had to edit an order with no problem but I didn't argue. I said, "That's ok." I was told my total. I paid and my order was immediately given to me. I get home. 5 mins away. Just to realize that I was only given half of my order. My husband's two sandwiches and fries weren't given to us. And one of the items, Garden chicken salad 🥗 wasn't given to me. I was given a garden club chicken salad. I was so upset and already tired from work so I ended up throwing the salad away. I didn't even bother driving back up there. I don't eat porc so my order was all messed up on top of not getting the rest of my order. I didnt even have a taste for what I was given which was the fries and jalapeño poppers. I just ordered food through Postmates. Waisted 20 bucks. Never ordering here again. 😒 Very unprofessional. If you’re somebody who has to watch the carbohydrates that they eat and wants to still enjoy a double whopper or even a whopper Junior then you need to come to this Burger King. They have a nice big comfortable air-conditioned lobby children’s playing area and staff is very good at providing and friendly service.

I ordered the five dollar whopper Junior duo and the double whopper sandwich only all with no buns in my old age I have to watch very carefully what I eat so when I enjoy fast food, I do it without soda, french fries, buns, and excessive amounts of dressing, lol

and almost seems like no fun but here? It’s definitely fun. The food tasted amazing. I highly recommend dining in if you’re going to go protein style, but they provide a wonderful set of options

and their app even allows you to acquire crowns since most large fast food places do have rewards programs in the days that we are facing inflation right now all I have to say is thank you to all of them for giving us some type of rewards program…

Next step I’m gonna try the fiery bacon pepper jack royal crispy chicken meal… Once again without the buns or the fries or the soda pop, but the chicken promises to provide a fiery flavor. I won’t soon forget.
