Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Wow! The lack of customer service and blatant disregard for customers safety at this establishment is beyond ridiculous. Corporate really needs to a pay a special visit to this location and revamp things. We placed our order, got to the window and paid, two items was missing from our order..so my husband let the young woman at the window know. She replied by saying “those items aren’t on your receipt. He shows her the receipt, which seemed to irritate her, she then gives him A container of mashed potatoes with gravy, he politely let her know we ordered it with gravy on the side. She then leaves the window and another young woman with blinding eyelashes comes to the window with the most disgusting attitude, just completely unacceptable and unwarranted. She then retrieved the potatoes with gravy from my husband, then precedes to throw 2 containers of potatoes at him, one without gravy our initial order and the potato she initially retrieved from him. My jaw dropped as I was witnessing all of this. I was in utter shock to say the least. My husband politely left the potatoes in their driveway, a complete waste of time and money. It’s safe to say I’ll never visit this establishment again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I’m a business owner myself and it’s awful for this business to hire people who’s just there to clock hours and could careless about the very place that provides...

My experience at this fried chicken restaurant was quite disappointing, primarily due to the exorbitant prices in relation to the quantity provided. Frankly, the cost was way too high for the amount of food served. I found myself paying a considerable amount for a meal that seemed designed to be more of a snack than a satisfying dish. Upon receiving the order, the portion size was remarkably small, and it fell far short of being sufficient to satisfy anyone adequately. It appears that the establishment uses this as an opportunity to inflate prices without delivering commensurate value to customers. On a positive note, the service was not bad; however, that alone does not compensate for the shockingly high prices and the meager portions. I had anticipated a pleasant dining experience, but instead, I felt like I paid an exorbitant amount for a meal that simply did not justify its cost. In summary, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant if you are seeking a good value for your money. The high prices coupled with the inadequate quantity make it an unappealing choice despite the decent service...!...

Well second time we go in and food cold food order wrong people including shift manager cussing in from of all the customers place dirty.. last week too there’s not too much to eat off of Western in Martin Luther King so we go frequently but these last two visits I’ve been horrifying I found out the district managers name is Elaine and the shift manager for today was Maya all these transactions are actually on my bank card so I would love to speak to somebody to find out if this is a franchise or privately own Popeyes because this treatment is unacceptable after we spend so much money in these fast food restaurants yes it is by choice, but it also is of necessity no one wants to work all day and come home and cook so we go to Popeyes but clearly we have to pick another establishment but the reason why things don’t change because nobody says anything or follow through.
