Pizza King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I ordered 1 Lrg. Cheese Pizza, and 1 Med. Pizza with the works. Every time. I go there I use my EBT it’s accepted there. Then the worker said we not taking EBT today. My order was $21.65. I had $19.00 cash on me. If I had used my Debit Card it would have been a $.50 charge. I told Alex, who claims he is the owner, that I will bring the difference next time, when I’m in the area. He refused I walked out without my Two Pizza’s over a few Dollars. I own a Pre-School and anytime I have a gatherings, which it’s frequent. I order from this Pizza spot. Alex is loosing a great and Loyal customer. I hope it’s worth a few bucks. Don’t order delivery from here. I ordered plain wings the other day and they gave me my wings wrong! I ordered sauce on the side and they gave me wet sings with no sauces on the side. The boys who answer are unprofessional and don’t even listen, I made sure to tell him in our call like 7 times make sure no sauce on my wings and they still brought me wet wings. It’s way overpriced, I spent $27 for a mini pizza, 4 piece wings and 2 sodas. Not worth little boys getting my order wrong + the sauce is all watered down 2/10

The manager Lupe needs some classes on how to manage a store properly and how to handle complains. She was the one dispatching orders and cutting the pizzas. I had ordered half and half and knowing that it was her fault for sending me the pizza I ordered she refused to solve the problem that she made. It's not the customers fault it's busy on you. This would of never happened if she would focus more on her job. Corporate has to remove this lady from management cause she has no idea what...
