It was a busy Saturday evening when my husband and I needed our car towed from LA to Ontario. Every tow services were cancelling on us and told us they did not want to drive to LA, which they should have told us from the beginning, instead of keeping us waiting. At this point we were stranded in LA for 4+ hours. We were annoyed, tired, just wanted to go home and had lost hope…UNTIL we found Emmett’s tow truck and roadside service! Today we were driving from out of town to get to Kaiser so my daughter could get to a long awaited surgery- and of course the worst happens- a flat on the freeway. These guys went above and beyond ensuring that we made it to the surgery, AND had a way to get home after. I cannot say how grateful I am for their help. We would not have made it without them. They were kind, took care of everything, communicated the whole time and their prices were great. I cannot recommend this company more.
