Target — Local services in Los Angeles

Omg I am SO upset!!! I drove over an hour after dropping off my bf at work in Hollywood & traffic is horrible. I navigate straight to this location since it’s near my house. I ask a lady up front if they have restrooms then she says “it’s in the back by the CVS”. Again I go just to see the restroom is out of order. I saw the employee restroom was working just fine. I asked one of the workers if I can please use their restroom bc it was an emergency, I was with my 15 y/o sister who also needed the restroom. He then says “no bc of the disarray it causes”. DUDE what ever happened to being kind??? I literally cried bc I had to use it so bad. What if it was your family needing the restroom like that? Smh. You guys don’t get paid enough to be denying the restroom like that. Target doesn’t lose or gain anything by letting me use your restroom. + it’s not my fault you guys can’t get your customer restroom fixed. Put yourself in others shoes. I literally had to rush home just to pee!! Never returning to this location again. Waste of TIME. I couldn’t even get my shopping done. So so frustrating. (The “MAN” who denied me restroom usage was wearing a black & grey plaid flannel and was a tall bigger Hispanic man. I didn’t get his name bc I rushed out of there to go use my stupid RR). 🙄...

No chilled white wine?? Speaking of WHITE - Following brown/black ppl around esp at the self check out while not doing the same to WHITE people is wiiiild in 2024. U think they dont steal?? Don't think ure slick. Even if your thieves are mostly POC does not mean we are them or that the rest of us steal?? Yall staff is POC too - do your staff steal?? One time, an old white dude (looked homeless idk) w/a horrible case of hunch back dashed inside right to the soaps area swiped a whole 2 shelves or so worth of soaps & cosmetics into his bag & politely dashed out. while the security guard is staring at me waiting in line. I used come here almost every day to get the same stuff before I go home around the corner but reduced that now. I always leave my bag in my car so that I'm not accused & treated like a criminal instead of a customer like...

Why is this Target even here....?

One time I asked for a price match to online price and the employee said no.

One time their sign on the shelf did not match the price that got scanned at the self check-out. I asked the employee to price match, but they said no.

One time I came in to buy oat milk, and they were completely OUT. None of the oat milk brands were there. Zero. Nothing.

One ironically convenient thing about this Target is I can return things here.

I also noticed the prices are higher at this location.
