Griffith Park / Pony Rides — Local services in Los Angeles

It was a great an idea to take my daughter here for her first pony ride, everything was going well till I got up close to the pony’s, they looked so sad and miserable to be there, one horse had its head covered with a black mask as it was giving children rides in a circle. When we took the train ride we passed this section we’re they store the pony’s when there not being worked , no shade whatsoever for them or enough room for them to be happy. I heard they closed this place down due to paperwork issues and not that fact that these pony’s were being mistreated 🤷🏻‍♂️ city of Los Angeles should be held accountable just as well as the owner, both had a duty to take care of these animals, both decided to neglect these animals for profit. If you going to make profit on animals at least make sure they are well...

This place has seen 4 generations of my family. And hopefully will see alot more. Thank you for all the devoted years of service and for being a constant reminder that when we get on, we can got anywhere....
