Oaxacalifornia- Oaxacan Restaurant — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have hosted 6 different events for my employer using OaxaCalifornia. Three of the events were for 300 people with 3 hours of service. They came on-site to cut fruit and serve each person their custom fruit bowl. We requested bio-degradable cups, forks and minimal to no plastic used and this was accommodated. The other 3 events were for delivery of pre-packaged fruit cups. For the catering events Carlos (owner) and his team arrive with plenty of time to complete set up and their prep work. Their deliveries have always been ahead of schedule. The fruit has always been fresh, ripe, and delicious, this is a staff favorite event. It is incredibly easy to communicate and work with Carlos. He has been very flexible and willing to accommodate last minute requests. Carlos anticipates our needs ahead of time and checks in when something is unclear or pending. I just ask the lady for a cup of ice cream and her reply was that she was closed. She didnt realized I was eating at the mercado and a few mins later 2 people approach her and she sold them ice cream. Of course now I'm upset, I approach and ask her why she refuse to sell me and my granddaughter ice cream. Her reply was they were paying cash. She never asked me if I was paying cash or card.
