Los Alcatraces — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went here after a day of errands ordered my food and waited patiently. As soon as I arrived home I noticed my order was incomplete I was told i would need to come pick up the rest of my order. Half of my food will be cold and the other half fresh I asked if I would be able to come back with the two I was given and get fresh ones. Idk if it is because Spanish isn’t my first language but the woman on the phone was being rude saying I was speaking to her in a bad way. Which I was not. I was letting her know it was their fault for not giving me what I ordered before she even checked the transaction she was telling me I didn’t pay for 4 when I gave her the total she said oh yeah well do you want to pick them up. I don’t live in the area. She said the owner wasn’t there anymore and that she didn’t know how to refund me or what to do. I let her know I would wait for her to speak to the owner and figure out what to do. She called back let me know that I could block the food up in 15 min. I feel as this would have been resolved easier if she wouldn’t have been on the defense. I understand this is a small owned restaurant and as a restaurant manager I wouldn’t feel attacked over someone relaying an issue with their food and or service. I typed the word breakfast into my Google Maps and started walking towards a 15 minute venture when I happened upon this majestic corner cafe. For breakfast I ordered the chorizo burrito and a Mexican cafe (coffee). For $11 I feasted on a giant burrito, homemade chips and (heated) salsa, which by the way was majestic AF in and of itself...seriously, I'll never eat cold salsa again. Did I mention Mexican coffee? I spoke to the owner about them serving less food like beans and rice. And making prices go higher. It's not ok for us to pay more and them serving less food for take out. She told me that the beans and rice prices are really expensive. Come on you all know that rice and beans is the cheapest thing on earth . We can all eat. She is greedy. We are not paying.
