I wouldn’t even want to give one star, I placed an order on Friday and the guy took my credit card information and said it was going to be ready at 9am Sunday morning. My cousin went to pick up the bouquet that we ordered for a proposal. We called , they admitted to having the order but did not make it and they were not in the shop, they were extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to make it. Instead of admitting they messed up , they started cursing and hung up. I don’t think I’ll ever go to any other flower shops. This place is the perfect hidden gem. Zareh and Adrine’s creative artistic minds are incredible. I came in before closing and they managed to spend a whole hour creating the most beautiful bouquet filled with different kinds of flowers and stems for my wife. They took their time and you can tell put their hearts into it. They’re amazing people, fantastic customer service, affordable, and beautiful work. I definitely recommend everyone to come check this place out because you won’t regret it. Thank you!
