I ordered red curry, pad see ew and Japanese sausage for delivery from door dash and really enjoyed them. Since I did not visit the physical location, such details won’t be included in this review. The red curry was my favorite, I ordered it spicy and with pork, it had a great creamy broth full of flavor, the pork tasted good and i loved the texture and my favorite part was that it had no potatoes or eggplant which takes up so much space and doesn’t contribute much. Even though i ordered it spicy, it was a spicy with flavor and not the kind that is simply there to burn your mouth. The pad see ew also tasted amazing, I got that with pork too, it was a hefty amount and it would have been enough to fill me up even if it was the only item I ordered. My least favorite item was the Japanese sausage which came with mustard, the mustard was surprisingly very complimentary to the sausages, I’m generally not the biggest fan of hot dogs so I have a bit of a negative bias towards them but I can imagine people who are fans would have like them very much considering I did t hate them. A random unrelated observation, I was a fan of the containers the food was delivered in, it felt like they were appropriately matched with the food they were carrying, not what I’m used to seeing, just thought I’d mention it. Overall I am fond of this restaurant and see myself ordering from here in the future.

Yes it’s to-go only. Yes it’s still amazing, I love coming here for thai food. Nui is such a kind and thoughtful person, I have never had a bad experience with anyone from the ThaiMeUp! staff. The appetizers are amazing, i’ve tried every single one. My favorite dishes are always the curry or noodle entrees, yellow curry or pad thai. One of the main reasons I come here so much is that I get to choose how spicy I want the food to be, a lot of other thai restaurants will let you order “spicy” and they just add a mound of black pepper. Not here. If i want spicy I’m guaranteed a delicious floral spice that burns my face and can even clear out my sinus. I love the fact that they do not gate keep the spice levels here. You get what you want and what you ordered. I’ve been going here for over a year now since I moved to LA and I make it a point to come once a month at the very least, at one point i was going once a week. I should have done this review a lot sooner, I feel like the ThaiMeUp! staff deserves their own sit down restaurant were they can provide their food to a much larger audience. I will come here for as long as those doors are open, i love coming to eat here and have easily had my friends try it just to tell me they love it as well. This is the best for great and consistent thai food.

This is so upsetting to see negative reviews just because so many people failed to do their own research. I drive over an hour to this ghost kitchen just because my son refuses to eat anywhere else. My family and I as a whole love this kitchen and the food is always 10 out of 10. I have never had any issues with them and the prices are beyond reasonable, especially for the amount that you get. I have been to most of the Thai restaurants in LA and the valley, this one never misses. I would recommend this one to anyone and everyone looking for Thai food but yes, it is takeout only. The cooks are always so very kind as well, so please do your research prior to coming and know that it is better to order directly...
