We bought a custom couch from Landon and the process could not have been easier. He was very helpful, thorough, communicative via email and phone, and so accommodating when we wanted to make changes.

The delivery guys were great. Unfortunately they had to take out front door off to get it in the apartment 🤣 at which point we realized we had made our couch far too large and asked them to come pick it back up, shave a few inches off the back and reassemble. We expected this would be a big problem, but it was not a problem at all and the alteration fee was very reasonable.

Now we have a couch that we absolutely love, exactly to our specifications, gorgeous fabric, extra long so you can stretch out on it, and so comfortable I sometimes prefer it to sleeping in my own bed 💖 Bonus points for the high quality materials, no weird factory smell at all on arrival. It has now been about 4 years we have owned this couch and it looks as good as new (and we use and abuse it plenty! No kids tho)!
